These provisions govern every purchase completed through elmwoodbotanics.shop, managed by Elmwood Botanics Ltd.. Confirming an order means you agree to these conditions. Please review them alongside our Delivery, Returns, and Privacy sections.
1. The seller

2. The goods
Food supplements, botanical eye wellness formulations, carotenoid complexes, and daily micronutrient tablets intended solely for general nutritional maintenance and dietary supplementation. Product descriptions state botanical constituents, bottle volume, and tablet or capsule form. Display pictures are representative; batch packaging may show slight variations.
3. Ordering and contract
An order becomes official once checkout concludes. We acknowledge receipt by email, and our sales agreement takes effect when the parcel leaves our workshop. We reserve the right to decline an order if botanical supplies run dry or details look unverified, issuing a prompt refund in every such case.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are listed in GBP and incorporate applicable VAT. Postage fees are calculated at checkout prior to final payment. Approved payment options: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. Should a clear clerical price error occur, we will contact you before shipment so you can confirm or cancel the bottle.
5. Delivery
Postal routes, turnaround times, and shipping fees are detailed on our Delivery & Payment guide. Custody and risk transfer to you upon physical handover of your package.
6. Product images and colours
Our photographs represent the actual botanical supplements we prepare. Visual tones on your display depend on device calibration, web software, and room lighting; minor shade differences are not considered flaws and do not warrant free return postage or reimbursement. Product measurements, plant ingredients, and quantities are listed on every item entry.
7. Transfer of risk
Parcels remain in our care until the delivery driver hands them over to you or your chosen representative at the delivery address. From that point onward, responsibility for damage or loss shifts to you. Obvious transit wear must be marked with the driver and communicated to our team within 48 hours.
8. Returns and warranty
Items may be returned within 30 days following arrival, as detailed in our Returns guidelines. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all food supplements supplied by Elmwood Botanics Ltd. must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their stated purpose as dietary supplements, and match all botanical descriptions provided on our official product labels.
- Bespoke or custom-blended nutritional orders prepared to individual customer specifications.
- Perishable nutritional goods or items nearing statutory expiration within thirty days of delivery.
- Dietary supplement containers, dropper bottles, or blister packs that have been unsealed or had their tamper-evident security foil broken post-delivery due to biosecurity and hygiene protection.
- Consignments where supplement containers have become inseparably mixed with other goods post-delivery.
- Digital wellness guides, audio courses, or meal-plan files unsealed or accessed by the consumer.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, the total cumulative liability of Elmwood Botanics Ltd. for any claim arising out of your order shall not exceed £100 or the total purchase price paid for the specific order, whichever is greater. Nothing within these clauses restricts legal liabilities that cannot be excluded under statutory law.
10. Age and use
Buyers must have reached 18 years of age to order. Eye supplements must be taken strictly as instructed on the packaging; our botanical formulations never replace qualified clinical guidance.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of the United Kingdom hold exclusive jurisdiction. If we cannot resolve a disagreement through direct conversation, matters proceed to the competent court where our Elmwood Avenue shop is registered, preserving every consumer right guaranteed in your home country.
