3. Order processing
Orders received before 13:30 on regular weekdays head out that afternoon. Notes placed after hours, over weekends, or on public holidays dispatch the next business day. You receive a confirmation email with your order code the second you complete checkout.
All vitamin bottles and botanical capsule containers are sealed with tamper-evident neck bands, housed inside opaque amber bottles to protect light-sensitive carotenoids, and packed into shock-absorbent corrugated cardboard mailers cushioned with biodegradable kraft paper.
4. Tracking your parcel
Upon dispatch, an automated notification containing your Royal Mail or DPD tracking reference is sent via email and SMS, enabling real-time parcel monitoring directly to your doorstep.
5. Lost or delayed parcel
If transit shows no movement for 5 business days, send your order code to [email protected]. We initiate an inquiry with the courier and either dispatch a fresh parcel or refund every penny, per your choice, within 10 business days of your note.
6. Damaged on arrival
Inspect your parcel upon arrival. If transit damage has compromised outer boxes or bottle seals, document the package with photographs and email our support desk within 48 hours of receipt so our team can issue an immediate replacement or process a full refund.

We welcome Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We will never ask for your card details or bank passwords over the phone or by email.
8. Delivery outside United Kingdom
We post parcels to specific regions beyond our borders. Postage rates and delivery schedules appear in your basket before you pay. Any customs charges or import taxes belong to the recipient upon arrival.
